Leadership Fayette County Our Leadership retreat will kick off this weekend the 19th-20th of August. We look forward to those leadership candidates.  We will be releasing the full schedule of classes for the 2022-2023 leadership year along with hosting team building activities and self assessments to prepare for this leadership program.    This 11 month program will take business professionals through educational platforms in the areas of  Agriculture, Tourism, Finance, City Government, County Government, State Government, Healthcare, Education, and  Business.  The additional 2 months are the Retreat month and the Graduation Ceremony at the end of the program.  This does require two overnight stays ( the retreat weekend, and an additional weekend while we visit the capital and speak with State Senators and tour the capital while legislative session is active ).   Please consider this investment in your business professional that is new to the area, moving up in a leadership role, or a great current leader that brings great success to your organization.   

Time

This 11 Month program is designed for business professionals that want to excel in their positions. In 11 months these professionals will participate in all areas of business. Healthcare, City Gov't, State Gov't, Tourism, Agriculture, Finance, and more.
